Policies & Cancellations
Reservations and Policies:
- All reservations are confirmed with either a credit card or a pre-payment by check
- Holiday weekends require a 2 night minimum stay
- Check-in time is between 3-7pm
- Check-out time is 11am
- Payment by third party gift certificate requires advanced approval and is subject to a 10% processing fee
- Although we love animals, there are no pets allowed.
- This is a non-smoking establishment
Cancellations:
- Single room reservations are fully refundable if made 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
- Multiple room reservations are fully refundable if made 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
- No shows will be charged the full amount of their reserved reservation
- Cancellations made beyond our cancellation period forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation Insurance is available. The cost is $12 per night per room which guarantees you a gift certificate for the full amount of your reservation.
